Digital Pitching Sessions Schedule Announced
Belgrade, Serbia – The Organizing Committee of the Eurasian Business Excellence Award 2026 is pleased to announce the official schedule for the upcoming Digital Pitching Sessions, taking place from 23 to 27 March 2026.
These sessions mark a decisive stage of the competition, and we congratulate all nominees who have successfully advanced to this point. Reaching the pitching round is already a significant achievement: each shortlisted project has surpassed strong competitors from across Eurasia, demonstrating exceptional quality, innovation, and impact.
Dates: 23–27 March 2026
During this period, shortlisted participants will present and defend their projects before the Expert Board in a live online format. Your performance during the pitch will directly influence the expert voting and final ranking.

Participation Rules
- Each participant is assigned a strict time slot.We strongly recommend joining the session 5–10 minutes early.1
- Pitching structure:
- 5–7 minutes — project presentation
- 3–5 minutes — Q&A session with experts
2 - Only materials uploaded in advance may be used.New files, links, or supplementary materials will not be accepted during the pitch.3
- Camera use is mandatory.Experts must be able to see the presenter.4
- Pitching language:English.5
- Failure to attend the assigned session results in automatic disqualificationand removal from further participation in the award.6
