The Eurasian Business Excellence Award is an international initiative recognizing outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact across the Eurasian region.

The Award is organized by МK Grоup, a leading Serbian holding company with broad activities and strategic presence across Europe and Asia.

Business leaders, entrepreneurs, companies, startups, and innovators from the Eurasian region. There are no restrictions based on business type, size, or nationality – only achievements and merit matter.

Eligible projects must have been launched or active between August 2024 and October 2025.

All submissions must be in English. Supporting documents may be provided in their original language, but English translations are encouraged.

Yes. Your project can be submitted to other competitions as well.

No, once your project is submitted, changes are not allowed.

Each submitted entry should contain the following information:

• Summary of the project (max 400 characters – will be published if shortlisted)
• Time frame of the project
• Budget (optional but helpful to jury – not published)
• Number of employees involved in the project

Maximum 3,000 characters (including spaces), covering:

• Initial situation
• Objectives
• Strategic considerations
• Implementation details
• Summary and results achieved
• A cover image (max 1 MB)

Up to 3 files allowed. Recommended materials: planning docs, press releases, images, presentations (max 10 slides), videos. You may also include up to 3 links (websites, social media, intranet, or video platforms).

Our jury is composed of outstanding professionals and experts with significant achievements in relevant industries. They are independent and unaffiliated with participating projects or companies. Jurors are selected by the organizing committee through a rigorous selection process to ensure fair and exceptional evaluation.

Once the shortlist is announced, a detailed jury session schedule will be prepared. Exact timing is shared in advance. Due to the high number of nominations, preferred times cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Yes. You can designate up to 3 presenters from your team.

Jury members may provide brief feedback during the pitch. Contact the Awards Team to check if feedback is available for your submission.

The evaluation is based on:

• Innovation and strategy
• Execution
• Measurable impact etc.

No. Jury members will see your project and organization name.

Results will be announced during the online Award Ceremony on 26 December 2025.

All shortlisted participants who completed the pitch session will be invited. The winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd places) are kept confidential until the ceremony.

It will be held as a virtual event via video conference. Access details will appear in your profile 24 hours before the announced date. You may join up to 30 minutes before the session starts.
